Ku Chi is a renowned jazz pianist and multi-talented music producer from Hong Kong, skilled in composition, arrangement, production, and performance. He has been involved in numerous large-scale international music productions, including parade music for Tokyo Disney Resort and music production for Konami’s popular game Mahjong Fight Club in Japan.

Throughout his career, Ku Chi has collaborated with many of the most prominent artists in the Chinese music scene, including Eason Chan, Joey Yung, Leo Ku, Charlene Choi, Sandy Lam, Han Hong, Daniel Chan, Dicky Cheung, and Miriam Yeung.

Notable works include co-producing the Mandarin ballad Forever Lover, performed by Joey Yung and Han Hong, and producing The Past Is Not As Good As It Seems for Charlene Choi, which won a Song Award at the Global Chinese Music Awards in 2010.

His composition and arrangement of Frost in June for Eason Chan’s album Stranger Under My Skin earned multiple accolades in 2011, including:
 

• Best Song at the CASH Golden Sail Music Awards

• Global Hit Song Award from Metro Radio

• No.3 on Commercial Radio’s “Ultimate Song Chart”

• Top 10 Songs and Best Composition Award at RTHK’s Chinese Gold Songs Awards
   

In recent years, Ku Chi has focused on music education and performance. He was invited to perform at the Hong Kong International Jazz Festival and the Shanghai International Jazz Festival, and later taught a masterclass in pop music production at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music.

He holds the LRSL (Performance) diploma in piano from the UK’s Rockschool with distinction, making him one of the highest-certified candidates in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China under the Rockschool piano examination system.

著名爵士鋼琴家及全方位音樂製作人，來自香港，集作曲、編曲、監製與演奏於一身。曾參與多項大型國際音樂製作，包括日本迪士尼主題園區花車巡遊配樂、日本 Konami 知名遊戲《麻雀格鬥俱樂部》音樂製作等。古馳合作過的藝人遍及華語樂壇一線歌手，包括陳奕迅、容祖兒、古巨基、蔡卓妍、林憶蓮、韓紅、孫耀威、張智霖及楊千嬅等。代表作品包括與韓紅攜手製作、由容祖兒主唱的國語單曲〈永遠的愛人〉，以及為蔡卓妍製作的〈往事並不如煙〉，該曲於2010年榮獲全球華語歌曲頒獎典禮歌曲獎項。他為陳奕迅專輯《Stranger Under My Skin》所創作與編曲的〈六月飛霜〉，更在2011年橫掃多項音樂大獎，包括：

近年，古馳專注於音樂教育與演出事業，曾獲邀擔任香港國際爵士音樂節及上海國際爵士音樂節表演嘉賓，並受邀於上海音樂學院開辦並主講流行音樂製作大師班。他以優異成績取得英國 Rockschool 鋼琴演奏級 LRSL（Performance）文憑，成為目前香港、台灣與中國地區 Rockschool 鋼琴考試最高級別的持證者之一。
